03Cost and insurance

What it costs

$3,000–$8,000 full treatment

Typical range in the US without insurance (2026 consumer cost guides). Your own estimate comes after the exam, in writing, before anything is done.

The cost depends on how much the teeth need to move and how long treatment takes — often 6 to 18 months.

Dental insurance
Some plans with orthodontic benefits cover part of aligner treatment. Monthly payment plans are available.
Monthly payments
Third-party financing such as CareCredit lets you spread the cost, if you’d like.
No insurance?
Ask about our membership plan: checkups, cleanings and X-rays for a yearly fee, plus a discount on treatment.

05How we work

Our clinical standards

The details that make a difference to how this treatment is done — and why we do them.

  • A 3D scan, no putty

Your teeth are scanned in a few minutes; the scan starts your treatment plan.

  • Your result before you commit

You see a 3D simulation of how your teeth will move, stage by stage, before you decide.

  • Everything explained

Small tooth-coloured attachments and any gentle polishing between teeth are shown and explained before treatment.

  • Check-ups every six to ten weeks

We check that teeth are moving as planned and adjust when needed.

  • Retainers to keep the result

Teeth tend to move back. We fit retainers at the end and explain how long to wear them.

06Is it for you

Who aligners suit

Clear aligners work well for crowding, gaps and many bite problems in teens and adults. You take them out to eat and brush; they need to be worn 20 to 22 hours a day.

Some complex cases are better treated with braces by an orthodontist — we’ll tell you honestly.
