01Requesting a visit
Requests
Not yet. Your request tells us the type of visit and the time you’d prefer. Our team contacts you to confirm that time or to suggest another one.
Requests are read during office hours. If your problem is urgent, please call us instead.
You can choose a preferred time from the next business day up to about a month ahead.
Only the type of visit, your preferred time, and your name, email and phone number. Please don’t include health details in a request — we go through them in person.
02Your visit
Visits

- A list of any medicines you take
- The questions you’d like to ask

03Cost & insurance
Cost
Plans differ, so we check yours individually. Call us or mention your insurer when we contact you to confirm your visit.
Yes. After your exam we explain any treatment we recommend and give you an estimate before anything is done.
