We look at the bone, nerves and sinus, and talk through the options.

03Cost and insurance
What it costs
Implant placement
$1,500–$2,500
Abutment and ceramic crown
$1,500–$2,500
Implant with crown
$3,000–$5,000
Typical range in the US without insurance (2026 consumer cost guides). Your own estimate comes after the exam, in writing, before anything is done.
The cost depends on the number of implants and whether bone grafting or extraction is needed first. You get a written treatment plan with every step priced.
Dental insurance
Some plans cover part of an implant or the crown on top. We check your benefits, and monthly payment plans are available.
Monthly payments
Third-party financing such as CareCredit lets you spread the cost, if you’d like.
No insurance?
Ask about our membership plan: checkups, cleanings and X-rays for a yearly fee, plus a discount on treatment.
The details that make a difference to how this treatment is done — and why we do them.
3D planning on a CBCT scan
Each implant is planned in 3D on your scan: the bone, nerves and sinus, and the crown it will carry.
Guided surgery
Where it helps, a 3D-printed surgical guide made from your plan places the implant exactly where it was planned.
Stability measured, not guessed
We measure how firmly the implant sits before deciding when it can carry a tooth.
Healing before loading
Usually three to six months of healing before the final crown, so the bone can bond with the implant.
Implant check-ups
Implants need cleaning and checking too: we look at the gum and bone around them at your regular visits.
A written estimate first
You get the plan and its cost in writing — with what insurance is expected to pay — before treatment starts.
06Is it for you
Who is a good candidate
Implants suit most adults who have lost one or more teeth, have healthy gums and enough bone — or can have bone added. Smoking and some health conditions affect healing; we’ll go through them with you.
Implants can also support a bridge or hold a denture securely.
